Sharon is a Community Association Manager for Whitehall Community Management. She currently manages a diverse portfolio which includes Home Owner and Condominiums Associations throughout the Metro Detroit area. In her role as a Community Manager her present duties include co-owner relations, vendor bidding and daily operation oversight. Sharon works closely with co-owners and their Board of Directors to help meet and exceed unique project and financial goals.

Before joining Whitehall in 2007 she spent several years as on on-site manager of a large condominium development in Florida. Her background includes customer service management, payroll administration, accounting, construction management, preventative maintenance programs, and contract negotiations. She has enjoyed a progressive career in residential management and began specializing in association management in 2004, which included tailoring bid specification to the needs of individual associations. These skills have enabled Sharon to be effective in the organization and communication skills required to build successful and long term relationships with Board of Directors, unit owners, vendors and contractors.
