Christine Metiva
Community Association Manager
Christine is a Community Association Manager for Whitehall Community Management. She possess nearly 20 years of progressive experience in the management of multi-family and single family residential communities. Prior to joining Whitehall, Christine served as the Director of Operations for a Michigan based Property Management Firm who delivered property, asset and developer management services. She assisted in the acquisition of 65 million dollars in real estate assets and supervised over 11 million dollars in capital improvements and renovations while managing a portfolio of approximately 2200 units.
Christine’s diverse portfolio management has included condominium, cooperative, HOA, apartments, high-rise facilities, distressed property and high profile projects including conversion projects. She has been exposed to a variety of geographical market locations and conditions which provides her with the ability to recognize and adapt to the varying degree of differences between community composition and demographics. Strategic planning, concise communication and attention to detail have lead to delivery of optimal results to property owners, board members, and other interested parties.
Christine attended Eastern Michigan University where she majored in business. She has earned her ARM Certification (Accredited Resident Manager) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM); certified in LIHTC compliance with a C7P designation and holds a State of Michigan Life, Accident and Health Producer License.
